Please note that the Social Event –
Wine Tasting Workshop will be held on Saturday, 14 January 2017 (Saturday) from
2:30pm to 4:30pm at G/F & 1/F Tai Yip Building, 141 Thomson Road, Wanchai,
HK
Our guest speaker will share the
basic wine tasting techniques and facilitate to experiment new nuances with
different varietals on focused tasting. The charge of the workshop will be $300
for member; $350 for non-member. The number of
participants is limited to 25 and prior registration is required. Applications will be accepted on a first-come

Social Event – Wine Tasting Workshop

On
14 Jan 2017, 20 members learning a great deal about wines of France, in a
relaxed atmosphere which is interactive and informative, has never been this
easy and this much fun. This workshop is designed to help our members kick-start
your exploration of white and red wines.
Our
members were guided by an experienced and qualified wine educator, who gave our
members a Wine Tasting Presentation. To let us have a good exposure and
knowledge for overseas wineries and vineyards, understanding the whole grape
growing stages and wine making processes, enhancing our members understanding
when tasting a particular style of wines. Our members also be able to taste
their range of wines up to super premium level, interacting with the wine
expert. We all discovered our own palate and chosen which wine is right for us
at the end of the workshop.
