PARKnSHOP is a member of the A.S. PARKnSHOP has invested in a highly specialized Vegetable Distribution Centre in Kwai Chung.  The Centre features a number of "Fresh Quality Zones" which operate at different temperatures to meet the optimum storage needs of products and to maintain their best quality.  A fleet of temperature controlled distribution trucks dedicates to deliver vegetables to every PARKnSHOP store early in the morning.  "Vegetable Barcode ID Card" and "Farm Check" Quality Control records trace the origins of vegetables and detail their full life history.  The visit to this distribution centre will provide participants with some insights into its operation.
